1 month of efforts
I explore SelfTracking and QuantifiedSelf. To do that, I used Runkeeper and Quantter since October 2010, with Denis Harscoat as a motivation coach.
First results, I don't smoke since 34 days, I walk 100 km and loose 2.5 kg in a month.
And you what do you quantt and which goals do you reach ?
